A five-year member of the Ladies European Tour (LET), she recorded her first professional win at the 2011 Sanya Ladies Open in Hainan, China. She has nine top-10 career finishes including two runner-ups.
Bondad was the No. 1 ranked amateur in Australia from 2006-2007 and was the 2007 Australian Amateur Stroke play champion.
