    Morris was a two-time Women’s City champion and a six-time Junior City champion. In 1985, she was a medalist in the U.S. Women’s Open qualifier. She was the 1986 Cincinnati Metropolitan champion and twice qualified for the U.S. Women’s Amateur. Morris played collegiate golf at the University of South Carolina, where she had one tournament victory.
