LPGA Junior Golf Leadership Award

In 2012, the Ladies Professional Golf Association established the LPGA Junior Golf Leadership Award.   This award will be presented annually to the woman golf professional who has demonstrated outstanding accomplishments related to junior golf during the year

LPGA Junior Golf Achievement Award is presented annually to an LPGA Professionals member who has demonstrated outstanding accomplishments related to junior golf during the year.

Who is Eligible
The candidate must be a Class A, LPGA A-2, PGA A-2, Senior, Master Professional or Life member in good standing who is primarily engaged in the teaching of junior golf at a golf club, resort, or approved golf range or golf school or educational facility.

The member must have made significant contributions within the following areas:

  • Overall performance the may include junior golf instruction, junior golf development programs, tournaments, and promotion/advancement of junior golf.
  • Service to and participation within her Section and the LPGA.
  • Leadership and the ability to inspire fellow professionals and juniors.
  • Contributions to community and the golf industry.
