LPGA Tour veteran Brittany Altomare announced the birth of her first child via social media on May 7, becoming the Tour’s newest #LPGAMom.
The 33-year-old posted a photo of her son, Wyatt Giblin, on her Instagram page along with a caption reading, “Two months with our little man. Wyatt Giblin was born at home and into his daddy’s arms on March 7th. We are so lucky to call you our son.”
Altomare first shared publicly that she was expecting on October 27, 2023 at a media event at Fenway Park promoting the FM Global Championship.
The Shrewsbury, Mass. native is the third active LPGA Tour member to have a child in 2024, joining Jessica Korda and Chella Choi. Shanshan Feng, who retired from the LPGA Tour in 2022, also announced the birth of her son on April 19.

Altomare first joined the LPGA Tour in 2014 and has recorded 17 career top-10 finishes, making $3,320,352 in official earnings. She is a two-time U.S. Solheim Cup Team member, representing the Red, White and Blue in the 2019 and 2021 editions of the event.
