LPGA.com caught up with last year's winner, Suzann Pettersen for a quick Q&A. Pettersen talks about the keys to playing well at Sybase Match Play Championship and how she prepares for match play.
LPGA: Is there a different mindset for match play than stroke play?
PETTERSEN:
You can be agressive and for me that is what I love to do.
LPGA: Do you prepare any differently than you would a normal week?
PETTERSEN: I prep the same way for every tournament, might spend even more time on the greens.
LPGA: What is the key to playing well at Hamilton Farms?
PETTERSEN: In every match play tournament you need to putt well.
LPGA: How does it match with your game?
PETTERSEN: I can play aggresive.
LPGA: What are your favorite holes?
PETTERSEN: I think the back nine has a lot of great match play holes, 1 think 18 is a fun last hole.
LPGA: What are you looking forward to that week?
PETTERSEN: The hospitality is great the entire week.
LPGA: What are your favorite things to do while in New Jersey?
PETTERSEN: Sleep when I am not playing.
