Graduated in 1960 from Kansas University with a B.S. in Science…Has been taught by Harvey Penick…Enjoys all outdoor sports, particularly fishing and sailing.

Career
A veteran of 20 years on the LPGA Tour, Judy won a tournament in each of her first two seasons, capturing the prestigious LPGA Championship in 1962. It was nine more years before she won again, but in 1971 she added two more victories. Financially, her best year was 1976 when she won more than $16,000. In 1980 Judy’s best finish was a tie for 32nd in the CPC Women’s International.

Amateur
Judy was the Iowa State Amateur champion in 1958 and a semifinalist in the 1959 Trans-Miss and the 1960 Western Amateur. She was also low amateur in the LPGA Waterloo, Iowa event in 1958.
