Joined the Tour in 1958 and immediately began to register high finishes. Career earnings now top $63,000, highlighted by a victory in the 1963 Rock City Open. Spends much of the season making personal appearances on behalf of MacGregor Golf Company.
Three times selected to the Curtis Cup team, 1954-6-8. Won the U.S. Amateur in ‘54, runnerup in ‘58. Four-time California State champion, three-time South Atlantic champion, named L.A.
