Amateur
Richdale’s amateur career took off during her time at Illinois State University. She was a three-time Missouri Valley Conference Championship individual medalist (2003-04, 2006) and won seven other collegiate events. She was named Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week 16 times and was a 2004 National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) Academic All-American selection. Richdale won the 2004 British Columbia Amateur Championship and was runner-up in 2005. That year, she also recorded a fifth-place finish at the Royale Cup National Women’s Amateur Championship. Richdale closed out her collegiate golf career by earning Illinois State University Female Athlete of the Year honors for the 2005-06 season.
