For Saturday's final group of Ha Na Jang (-10), Xi Yu Lin (-9), and Inbee Park(-8) moving day was anything but that. All three struggled during round three of the 2015 Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia and ended with rounds of even par, leaving the door wide open for others to make a move.
Jessica Korda (65) and Stacy Lewis (65), two golfers eager for their first win of the season, took full advantage and put themselves in a great position for Sunday's final round. Both Korda and Lewis played bogey-free golf with Korda taking a 2-stroke lead. Lewis sits tied with Ha Na Jang in second place at 10-under-par.
Morgan Pressel made the most noise on Moving day, climbing 36 spots up the leaderboard thanks to a tournament best 8-under-par 63. However, Pressel's 8 birdie performance may have come just a little too late. She will need another big day on Sunday plus a lot of help from above her on the leaderboard. Pressel currently sits 6-shots back from the leader Jessica Korda and in a tie for 14th place.
With low scores like Pressel's up for grabs, there are plenty of big names within striking distance of the lead. Sunday at Sime Darby has the chance to be one of the more exciting finishes of the year.
