I’ve played professional golf for nearly 30 years. I’ve represented the United States nine times in the Solheim Cup as a player but this experience topped everything!
American spirit was on display from my team, YOUR team, on that Sunday in Germany at the Solheim Cup. We showed the true value of “team” and the belief that anything is possible when you stick together.
OUR result was the largest comeback in Solheim Cup history and we have you to thank. YOU are a big part of why my team played the way they did. YOU are why they never quit and why The Cup is now back in the States for the first time since 2009.
We heard you on the course. We heard you on social media. We felt your energy, we felt your passion, and we felt your support on every shot in Germany.
YOU believed in us! YOU believed WE COULD DO IT. And TOGETHER, WE DID IT!
