Brooke Henderson, Austin Ernst, Morgan Pressel
Thursday – 8:10a.m. – 10th Tee
Friday – 1:10 p.m. – 1st Tee
World No.2 Brooke Henderson returns to the site of her first win on Tour this week in Portland where she ran away from the field for her inaugural victory that earned her membership on Tour. Henderson is coming off her first missed cut of the year at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship, but if there’s a place for Henderson to rebound it’s Columbia Country Club, which is very similar to Sahalee Country Club where the Canadian won her first major championship three weeks ago. She will play alongside 2014 Portland champion Austin Ernst and Morgan Pressel, with whom Henderson was paired in the final round last year.
Cristie Kerr, Alena Sharp, Brooke Salas
Thursday – 8:21 a.m. – 10th Tee
Friday – 1:21 p.m. – 1st Tee
This week, 2008 winner of the Cambia Portland Classic, Cristie Kerr, returns to a site where she has consistently played well, posting four top-4 finishes in addition to her victory. She will play alongside Alena Sharp who is coming of her best finishes of 2016 in a T-13 and T-8 finish in her last two starts. Sharp finished in a share of 10th in Portland last year. Lizette Salas is the final member of this group, looking to find a spark to her season on a track where she has twice finished in the top-10.
Mariah Stackhouse, Belen Mozo, Cheyenne Woods
Thursday – 12:48 p.m. – 1st Tee
Friday – 7:48 a.m. – 10th Tee
Mariah Stackhouse makes her professional debut this week in Portland. The Stanford graduate has made four starts on Tour but will look to make her first cut this week in an LPGA Tour event. She will play alongside Belen Mozo and Cheyenne Woods, who have both struggled in recent weeks, with Mozo missing the cut in two of her last three starts and Woods, who has struggled to build on her T-43 finish at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and missed her last two cuts. Woods finished T-65 in this event last year.
Suzann Pettersen, Anna Nordqvist, Ai Miyazato
Thursday – 1:10 p.m. – 1st Tee
Friday – 8:10 a.m. – 10th Tee
Suzann Pettersen is a two-time winner of the Cambia Portland Classic, hoisting the trophy in 2011 and 2013 and picking up two more top-10’s in this event. She’s in search of her first win of the year, having posted three top-10 finishes so far in 2016. She will play alongside Anna Nordqvist who has played great in recent weeks, defending her title at the ShopRite LPGA Classic and then posting a T-8 and T-13 showing her last two starts. She’ll look to better her finish in Portland last year where she finished in a share of 46th. Former world No.1 Ai Miyazato is the final member of this group and the 2010 champion of the Cambia Portland Classic who has two more top-10’s in this event.
Stacy Lewis, Karrie Webb, Alison Lee
Thursday – 1:21 p.m. – 1st Tee
Friday – 8:21 a.m. – 10th Tee
Stacy Lewis heads to Portland in search of her first win in two years, having posted four top-10 finishes in 2016. Lewis has had some luck in Oregon where she finished second in 2013. She will tee it up alongside Karrie Webb and Alison Lee in rounds one and two. Webb skipped last week’s Walmart NW Arkansas Championship after missing the cut in her last start in Michigan. She’s looking to play her way back on to the Australian Olympic Team, having dropped 18 spots in the Rolex Rankings behind Su Oh who has now taken the second spot on the team behind Minjee Lee. The third member of this group, Alison Lee, is coming off her best finish since February, posting a T-20 finish in Arkansas.
