KUALA LUMPUR, 26 October 2016 — An annual affair in the country’s sporting calendar, the Sime Darby LPGA teed off its 7th edition in style with an exclusive soirée at TPC Kuala Lumpur. In true LPGA fashion, the night was decked in pink in support of breast cancer awareness month.
Trading their golf gear for glamorous and stylish attire were some of the world’s top lady golfers including defending champion, Jessica Korda; world no.1 Lydia Ko; Ariya Jutanugarn; Brooke Henderson; Michelle Wie and many more.
The cocktail reception was graced by over 200 guests, including the Chairman of Sime Darby Foundation, Tun Musa Hitam, Managing Director of Sime Darby Property, Dato’ Ir. Jauhari Hamidi and representatives from LPGA Tour. Guests were treated to a host of activities including live entertainment and a truly Malaysian culinary spread.
