Sandra Gal and her friends teamed up with Volunteers of America of Florida for another successful Sandra Gal Charity Challenge at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla.. This year's charity pro-am raised over $55,000 in the second year of the event.
These proceeds will go to creating homes for 50 homeless families and over 100 children by covering their meal expenses, clothing expenses, move-in expenses and furnishings.
On hand this year were several of Gal's friends and fellow competitors; Shasta Averyhardt, Derek Brooks (former NFL Player), Jacqui Concolino, Jerry Foltz (Golf Channel Commentator), Jaye Marie Green, Brooke Henderson, Vicky Hurst, Tiffany Joh, Christina Kim, Lydia Ko, Jessica and Nelly Korda, Olafia Kristinsdottir, Brittany Lincicome, Pernilla Lindberg, Gaby Lopez, Caroline Masson, Morgan Pressel, Jennifer Song, Karen Stupples and Angel Yin
