Michelle Wie knows a thing or two about winning for Team USA. After all, it was just a month ago that she helped lift the Americans to victory at the Solheim Cup.
Tuesday the Big Wiesy took a trip to the Big Apple to show her support for her fellow Americans competing in this week’s Presidents Cup on the PGA Tour. Wie, donning a USA cap, appeared happy and healthy in her posts on social media from Liberty National Golf Club.
Since the Solheim Cup, it’s been a chaotic month for the U.S. Women’s Open champion. She withdrew the week after the event at the Canadian Pacific Women’s Open, where she underwent emergency surgery to have her appendix removed. She has yet to return to the Tour since undergoing surgery in August.
