Lindsey Weaver-Wright announced the birth of her son, Crew Callan, via her Instagram channel on December 17. The 30-year-old shared that Crew “came early this morning at 5:21 a.m.” and that she and her husband Zach are “so in love” with their newest addition.
Weaver-Wright is the eighth different player to become a first-time mom this year and is the 10th LPGA Tour member to have a child in 2023. She announced that she was expecting her first child on June 18 and competed up until The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America in October, where she closed out her 2023 season with a T16 finish.
Weaver-Wright first became an LPGA Tour member in 2018 and has earned seven career top-10 finishes, the most recent of which came at this year’s Bank of Hope LPGA Match-Play presented by MGM Rewards. She has made $1,123,860 in career earnings on the LPGA Tour and finished the 2023 season ranked 78th in the Race to the CME Globe.
Weaver-Wright has one professional victory on her resume, the 2017 Guardian Championship on the Epson Tour.
