1. INSIDE THE ROPES AT LPGA CME GROUP TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTED BY ONCORE GOLF (“Sweepstakes”) ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is administered by the Ladies Professional Golf Association, Inc. (“LPGA”), 100 International Golf Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32124.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; ELIGIBILITY: No purchase of payment of any kind to LPGA is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 20, 2017, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 10, 2017 (“Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States with a verified address that is not a P.O. Box who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (hereinafter, each an “Entrant”). Officers, directors and employees of the LPGA and OnCore Golf Technology, Inc., each of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents/legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the households of each of these individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter, participate, or win a prize. Void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To qualify for an entry, eligible individuals must enter his/her email address into a signup field on http://www.lpga.com/sweepstakes/oncore-golf (each an “Entry”). Only properly completed official entry forms will be accepted. All Entries must be received by LPGA within the Entry Period. LPGA’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Entrants are only permitted to enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time, and multiple entries will render the Entrant ineligible for the prizes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate LPGA’s terms or service, as solely determined by LPGA, will be disqualified and may face criminal and/or civil penalties and liabilities. Any use of script, robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods are prohibited and will void all such Entries, and shall subject the Entrant to disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same online account, the authorized subscriber of the online account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the account by the Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning accounts.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Subject to these Official Rules, the prizes will be awarded by LPGA or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. At the end of the Entry Period, LPGA will randomly select one (1) Entry as the winner (“Winner”). The Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (i) Reimbursement for airfare up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500); (ii) Two-night accommodation at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples (single room, double-occupancy, tax, and hotel self-parking fees only) (or another hotel of LPGA’s choosing); Two (2) weekly Champions Club Tickets allowing access to the 2017 CME Group Tour Championship, from November 13 – 19, 2017 at the Tiburon Golf Club, located in Naples, Florida (“Tournament”); Two (2) Inside the Ropes Passes valid for one day (as determined by LPGA) during the Tournament; a behind-the-scenes tour with LPGA staff during the Tournament (as determined by LPGA); an autographed LPGA Pin flag; and a one (1)-year supply (12 dozen) OnCore Golf AVANT, ELIXR, or CALIBER golf balls (subject to availability as determined by OnCore Golf, Technology, Inc.); approximate total retail value is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500) (“Prize”).. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted upon confirmation. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of the Prize will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the LPGA, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater retail value. The Prize described above is subject to withdrawal by the LPGA prior to delivery if necessitated either by a force majeure reason or by any other unforeseeable circumstance. Travel must be completed by November 20, 2017. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Accommodations are subject to availability and change. Winners is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledge that the LPGA, OnCOre Golf Technology, Inc., participating players and all agents, assigns, and affiliates thereof have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Winner must be able to accept the Prize as stated or Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Winner may be selected, as solely determined by LPGA. The Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of any and all taxes or fees (including, but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title, and other fees) associated with the Prize. Any other incidental expenses of Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Besides LPGA’s provision of the Prize as described herein, LPGA shall have no further obligation to the Winner. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner must execute the applicable releases prior to Prize delivery. The Winner acknowledges that the LPGA or its designee do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness of merchantability of any aspect of Prize.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email. LPGA is only obligated to use the email addressed used or provided by Entrant. The Winner must respond to LPGA within three (3) calendar days of attempted prize notification. Winner shall be required to prove his/her age for the Sweepstakes and complete and return to LPGA appropriate legal documents, including, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and any other appropriate legal documents, within three (3) calendar days of attempted prize notification. Among other things, Winner will release LPGA from liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of noncompliance with any of these requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected, time permitting, as solely determined by LPGA.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Those Entrants participating in the Sweepstakes do so at their own risk. By entering in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LPGA, LPGA Tournament Properties One, LLC, OnCore Golf Technology, Inc., all LPGA tournament organizers, owners, and sponsors and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, volunteers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, sponsors, members, players, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind (including without limitation, personal injury, loss or damage to personal, private, or other property and equipment) resulting or arising from the entrance and/or participation in the Sweepstakes, or any and all acts, including negligence, of Releasees, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes that may be awarded. LPGA makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prizes awarded. Entrants agree that the laws of the State of Florida shall govern any and all disputes involving the Releasees. Any disputes involving the Releasees shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration, in the State of Florida, pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in force. Releasees, as defined in the paragraph above, are not responsible for: computer, technical, hardware, software, printing, typographical, human or other errors or failures of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes; the announcement of the prizes; lost, stolen, late, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, garbled or illegible notices, correspondence, entries that fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including, without limitation, computer, telephone, paper transfer, unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet service provider, website or other connection unavailability, human or other error. Releasees are not responsible for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access; or (ii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. The LPGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, disqualify any individual who tampers with, or is suspected of tampering with the entry process, and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently. If a designated winner makes any false statements in any document referenced herein, such winner will be required to promptly return her prize to LPGA, at winner’s cost. As a condition for entrance into the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain a judgment or award of, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, attorney’s fees, or any other damages against Releasees; and (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
7. USE OF NAME/IMAGE/INFORMATION: By entering into the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to use by LPGA, and its designees, of his or her name, city, and state of residence, photographs/likeness for any legitimate business purpose (including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions), worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you voluntarily agree that LPGA and/or its affiliates may use your personal identifiable information for marketing purposes, and that you otherwise agree to abide by all notices posted at www.lpga.com, including but not limited to the terms of use and the privacy policy.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU, THE ENTRANT, AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES DETAILED ABOVE AND OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ARBITRATION OF CLAIMS IN FLORIDA AGAINST ALL PARTIES NAMES AS RELEASEES. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THESE RULES, DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY. RECEIPT OF AN ENTRY SHALL BE EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS INSIDE THE ROPES AT LPGA CME GROUP TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTED BY ONCORE GOLF OFFICIAL RULES.

NOTICE: If any portion of these rules is determined to be invalid or illegal, the remaining portions of these rules will remain in effect and be construed with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
