As members of the LPGA team, we live by the “Act Like A Founder” vision and continue to remind ourselves of the philosophies of our Founders. Throughout the year, LPGA teammates nominate other teammates to be recognized for acting like a founder. We announce the nominees quarterly and the committee selects a winner at the end of the year.
Winners of this annual award receive an all-expense paid trip to the Founder’s Cup tournament where they will meet our remaining Founding Members – Shirley Spork and Marlene Bauer Hagge, enjoy VIP access to the tournament, and attend the Pioneer Dinner and Ceremony.
