Joined the tour in time for the U.S. Open in ‘71, earned a players card quickly, but won little money, most of it coming on a 14th place at Alamo, Calif. Cut more than a stroke off her scoring average second year and tripled her money, and improved both areas again in ‘73. Has bettered scoring average more than 2 strokes per round since 1971.
Amateur
Broke a course record at Hillcrest Country Club previously held by Babe Didrickson Zaharias, scored 71. Won in Tucker and California Intercollegiate events in 1963.
