Career
Louise’s career has taken a major turn for the better in the past two seasons—a result of a major swing change she worked on prior to the 1980 season. In 1980 her best finish was a solo sixth place at the U.S. Women’s Open. She played in only nineteen events in 1981 but still managed to win over $22,000 and she recorded the best scoring average of her ten year career.

Amateur
Louise was the Junior World Champion in 1968 and 1970, and was low medalist in the National Juniors in 1970. She was a member of the Junior Golf Association of San Diego, and in 1968, 1970 and 1971 was the San Diego Junior Golfer-of-the-Year.
