The LPGA Summer Internship Program is designed to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the internal operations of the world’s leading professional golf organization for women. The selected interns will contribute to the organization's success while receiving a one-of-a-kind learning experience.
Each intern will work within their assigned department and explore all aspects of the business of professional golf. They will also work together on a group project that will be presented to our senior leadership team during their last week. The project topics are created to solve a real business challenge and/or provide new and implementable ideas or solutions that can be used to benefit future business.
The interns will also participate in multiple trainings focused on finding jobs, interviewing techniques, resume writing, networking and using LinkedIn to its fullest potential. They will be included in different networking events, and they will also have meet and greets with each C-level executive!
